Documentary video of a video installation constructed in 2006. Within a large darkened space seven televisions were arranged in an altar-like grouping. Each TV played a looped sequence of images to a series of multi-layered soundtracks. Concurrently a looped video sequence was projected onto the back wall of the space. The images interacted together, create a random assemblage of tones, textures, intensity and imagery. The whole sequence took approximately 30 - 40 minutes before repeating.
The TV's displayed a series of imagery including a large baby's head, feet walking both into the altar and away from the altar and a body bound in a funeral shroud. Imagery was developed after close reading of various Indian religious texts - both Hindu and Buddhist.
